Alerts & emails settings
Plan: the thresholds apply on Starter and up, where alerts are sent. The summary email needs Pro.
Settings › Alerts & emails holds when alerts fire and the summary email Cove sends you. Which alerts go out, their text and the wishlist reminders are on the Alerts page.
Alerts
Section titled “Alerts”“When Cove’s alert emails and the Shopify Flow triggers fire.” Both channels use these values.

Whole numbers only. The field says what’s wrong while you type a value outside the range, and the settings aren’t saved until it’s fixed.
How the alerts use them:
- A price drop is measured against the price Cove last saw for that variant, so one price change has to reach the percentage on its own.
- Low stock fires when stock falls from above the level to the level or below, while still above zero, and only for variants whose inventory Shopify tracks.
- The low-stock level is also used by the Most-saved and low on stock list in the summary email and on the Analytics page.

Merchant emails
Section titled “Merchant emails”“A wishlist summary for you, with the period’s numbers against the one before.”

Below Pro the selects are disabled with “The summary email is on the Pro plan” and a See plans link; nothing is sent, and what you saved earlier is kept. Full details: Wishlist summary email.
